– sauerkraut – diced potatoes – green onions – Swiss cheese – deli pastrami – eggs – dill pickle relish
– deli brown mustard – ground cumin – kosher salt – ground black pepper – For garnish: Chopped fresh chives – For serving: Toasted Pumpernickel
Toss together your meat, veggies, and cheese.
Whisk up your eggs and seasonings.
Combine everything and pour it into a springform pan (this makes for easy serving) and cook for 25 minutes.
