CRIO BRU SMOOTHIE

Ready for the greatest smoothie/smoothie bowl I've ever sipped and some solid heart to heart TIDBITS Talk?

Go whip up this Crio Bru Smoothie and have a seat, lots of good stuff to talk about today!

INGREDIENTS

– brewed and chilled Crio Bru  – frozen bananas –raw cashews  – frozen cauliflower – vanilla extract – cocoa powder  – collagen powder  – maple syrup

Add all of the ingredients to a high powered blender and blend on high for 1 ½ – 2 minutes, until very smooth.

Add more Crio Bru or milk if needed to help it blend. It will be thick.

Serve in a cup with a big straw or in a bowl and top with cacao nibs, coconut flakes, granola, and/or banana slices.
